Villa Boer is a new building that offers comfortable holiday apartments to tourists who prefer to spend a seaside stay running their days independently, without time constraints, yet without having to forgo the many services in the name of comfort and convenience.

Prices are weekly and include the following amenities:

Beach service (1 umbrella and three seats: 1 lounger, 2 deck chairs)

PAYMENT

At the time of booking, a down payment of €200 is required via bank transfer. The balance is due upon arrival via credit card or cash. Final cleaning is included in the price. However, the kitchenette must be left in a clean condition.

DEPOSIT

A security deposit of €200 in cash or check is required. The deposit will be returned only after the apartment has been inspected. In case the damages are greater than the security deposit, the difference will be charged. As an alternative to the security deposit, guests may provide their credit card number as a guarantee.

SERVICES AT HOTEL MIRAMARE
Guests of Villa Boer can use the pool at Hotel Miramare (only 500 meters away) free of charge. In addition, they can use the restaurant of the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner at a particularly favourable discounted price.
