Villa Boer is a new house built with the best building tecniques and materials.
The apartments in Bibione that Miramare Hotel provides represent ideal solution for those wishing to spend a holiday at sea, taking advantage of the opportunity to manage their days in total autonomy and without time constraints, without giving up a number of services comfort and convenience.
By booking one of our hotel with villa in Bibione you can count on comfortable accommodations, just few steps from the sea and involving proposals of the beach.
Each flat with living-room and kitchencorner offers:
2 two-beds-rooms,
2 showers and WC (with box-shower and raised WC),
2 terraces,
2 parking places,
air-conditioning,
hair-dreier,
large private safe,
lavastoviglie,
expresso-machine,
security-door,
microwave oven,
washingmachine,
dishwasher,
2 color SAT-TV,
heating,
flat-iron and ironing board
The weekly prices are in euro per flat and include the following services:
• electricity,
• warm and cold water,
• gas,
• air-conditioning,
• line ADSL 24 hours a day.
The weekly obligatory prices of the beach include:
• 1 beach-umbrella,
• 1 deck-chair,
• 1 sun-bed,
• free choice depending on availability on the beach.
PAYMENT 30% account for the reservation.
The rest at the arrival in cash or traveller-cheques.
The final cleaning is obligatory and it costs extra € 40: but the kitchencorner must be left clean.
Caution money for damages € 200 (in cash or traveller-cheques ).
After checking the apartment we will give back this caution. Of course if the damages will be more of the caution, more you have to pay.

You can get Hotel service to the same price of oyur Hotel Miramare staying in Villa Boer and eating the meals in hotel, for al least 3 people and minimum 3 days.
If you need information (for ex. exursions etc.) or some help (technical o medical etc.) we are available 24 hours a day in our HOTEL MIRAMARE - Zenith Square.
